Patricia joins The Krinsky Company as an extended member of the team bringing over 11 years of health care, strategy, and operations experience. Patricia brings a wide breadth of experience from her work with federal and commercial health care clients as well as her work with several health care-focused start-up companies.

Patricia began her consulting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Patricia has worked with clients the National Institutes of Health (NIH), The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and Kaiser Permanente. Throughout her career she has worked to build enterprise risk management systems and with key stakeholders to document emerging challenges and develop business process reengineering techniques to remediate risks. While working at PwC, Patricia also earned her Master of Science in Health and Medical Policy from George Mason University.

Project scopes from her consulting career include:

  • Forming project management office for large health care provider multi-year, multi-million-dollar program aimed at increasing IT efficiencies and lowering costs by 50 million over 5 years.

  • Managing the implementation of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary's Program Integrity Initiative (PII) at two of the largest Operating Divisions of HHS.

  • Leading project teams through the execution of project plans by providing direction, budget and timeline management.

  • Facilitating data gathering and problem-solving processes, and performing industry, market, clinical service, capacity, and other types of analyses.

Most recently, Patricia worked with the United States Department of Agriculture to perform a comprehensive review and assess current needs and identify USDA requirements for the SmartPay 3 contract including creating transition recommendations.
