With a background marked by creativity, dedication, and exceptional interpersonal skills, Stephanie has consistently surpassed organizational objectives and fostered continuous improvement across large, multi-layered programs. From agency to event and non-profit roles, she has served as a trusted advisor for esteemed accounts such as Bank of America, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Amgen. Stephanie possesses a unique ability to provide strategic direction, define budgets, spearhead large events, and effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

During Stephanie’s most recent role as National Director of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, she played a pivotal role in developing and executing immersive experiential fundraising events, driving $15M+ in yearly revenue. She led cross-functional teams overseeing participant recruitment, fundraising, budgeting, and sponsorship activation, while also serving as a subject matter expert and national spokesperson for the organization.

Stephanie lives in San Diego with her husband and her dog Fitz. When she’s not working, you can almost always find her on the golf course.
