Markala has more than 14 years of experience consulting and supporting business operations and marketing across diverse industries, including digital healthcare, software, professional services, and manufacturing. She has worked for global organizations and tech start-up ventures while providing support to non-profits throughout her career.

Markala has excelled in leading and collaborating with teams in her various roles. As a Client Success Manager, she was responsible for the full client and product life cycle including tracking milestones and deliverables. As a Business Development/Marketing Manager, she developed and implemented holistic marketing strategies that enhance a firm’s marketability including websites, redesigned marketing collateral, proposal templates, and content-driven blogs. She has also successfully led corporate conceptualization, design, and development initiatives–and is a certified facilitator for the Ken Blancard SLII Leadership Program.

She is motivated by taking action and achieving results while staying true to her values of humility, curiosity, and a keeping a sense of humor. As part of the TKC team, Markala is most excited to collaborate and consult on team-oriented projects that include complex problem-solving, providing diversity in thought, and helping develop client relationships.

Currently, Markala is a consultant focused on supporting small business operations and marketing strategy and gaining her Professional Fiduciary license so she can lend her business experience and support the elder generation with difficult life planning services and guidance. She takes full advantage of her Southern California home hiking with her son, dog, and husband or grinding it out on the golf course.
