Elena joins The Krinsky Company with 4 years of experience in program management. She brings a keen sense of creativity and design, resulting from her immersive and cultural experiences. She is eager to apply her entrepreneurial spirit to healthcare where new patient experiences and clinician workflows are being reimagined.

Originally from a small town in the heart of Italy, Elena moved to Milan and graduated from the Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione with a BA in Communication in the Arts Market. After an inspiring internship as an executive assistant of the events director at the Superstudio Group, where she contributed to the organisation of international tradeshows such as the SuperDesign Show 2015, she started to dream about London.

While completing a Master’s Degree in Arts & Cultural Management at King’s College in London, Elena was heavily involved in London’s art world. She acted as sales manager at the Gagliardi Gallery in Chelsea, co-curated the London Art Biennale 2017, and co-authored several publications on contemporary artists, gaining valuable knowledge relating to event planning, curating and art criticism.

Driven by her innate entrepreneurial spirit, in 2018 Elena co-founded and directed I-MADE, the first exhibition in London solely dedicated to the finest Italian interior design and decor, held at the Saatchi Gallery during the London Design Week. She developed entrepreneurial skills and gained experience in project coordination, sales, negotiation and budgeting. Elena secured 54 exhibitors across 13 galleries, 4 panel discussions with 21 speakers, 4,000+ ticketed attendees, 840+ opening party attendees, 102 press attendees, and 1,318 registered trades. She also directed a team of 4 collaborators and liaised with all subcontractors involved, securing more than fifty leading design firms with the likes of Poltrona Frau, Technogym, Molteni&Co, Driade and Cassina.

Elena currently resides in Madrid, Spain, where she cooks delicious Italian home cooking for her friends (or has been told so). She is passionate about musical theatre, literature, scuba diving and skiing.
