While at Medtronic, Courtney achieved her MBA from Yale’s School of Management. Her focus at Yale was on overcoming barriers to care and improving access to innovative healthcare solutions in emerging markets. She completed additional courses at universities in Istanbul, Berlin, and Shanghai. She is also on the board of John Hopkins Sibley Hospital and spends her free time trail running and boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
